HOW WE MAKE IT

Every House of Tran piece begins in Da Nang and is developed closely between design, fitting, and production.

We work in small production runs with skilled women who cut, fit, sew, and finish each garment by hand. Pieces are tested, adjusted and refined before we allow them to be sold.

No excess inventory. No factory feeling. Just considered garments, made in limited batches and worked until they’re right.

PERFECT FIT

Want the piece made closer to your measurements?

Select Perfect Fit +$20 on eligible garments and enter your custom bust, waist, hip, and length measurements at checkout.

Your measurements are added directly to your production order so the garment can be adjusted while it is being made — not altered after the fact.

FROM ORDER TO YOUR DOOR

We produce twice each week.

Orders placed Thursday–Sunday → Monday production
Orders placed Monday–Wednesday → Thursday production

Once your order enters production, most garments are completed in approximately 4–6 business days and typically ship 1-2 days after completion.

Each piece is quality checked before dispatch.

United States + international — $15 USD
Vietnam — $3 USD
Da Nang local pickup — complimentary

Tracking is emailed once your order has been dispatched.

For international orders, transit is typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.

RETURNS

We made it for you. We really want you to love it.

If it isn’t right, unworn H | T garments may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned in their original condition.

NEED TO RETURN PERFECT FIT?

Yes, you can return a Perfect Fit garment too.

The garment purchase price is eligible for refund under our standard return policy. The $20 Perfect Fit service fee is non-refundable. Your garment has already been adjusted to your measurements, and the women who put their hands and skill into making it deserve to be paid for their work. The garment can come back. The work that went into making it yours can't. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake, sent the wrong item, or your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, that’s different. Contact us and H | T will cover the cost of making it right.

FINAL SALE

Archive, sample-sale and merchandise explicitly marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and notify you when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the credit.

Private Commissions:

Some ideas deserve to be created.

House of Tran accepts a limited number of private commissions for clients looking to create something uniquely their own. Working together, we'll explore your inspiration, lifestyle, and preferences before designing a garment through the House of Tran lens. 

Every commission is thoughtfully designed, handcrafted, and made exclusively for you.
