RETURNS & REFUNDS

We made it for you. We really want you to love it. 

If it isn't right H | T garments may be returned within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition. 

PERFECT FIT 

Yes, you can return a Perfect Fit garment too -- we're that confident. 

The garment purchase price remains eligible for refund under our standard return policy. The $20 Perfect Fit service in non-refundable. 

Your garment has already been individually adjusted to your measurements, and the women who put their hands and skill into making it deserve to be paid for their work. 

The garment can come back. The work that went into making it yours can't. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake, sent the wrong item, or your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, that’s different. Contact us and H | T will cover the cost of making it right.

STERLING SILVER + ACCESSORIES

Unworn and unused accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

FINAL SALE

Archive, sample-sale and merchandise explicitly marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and notify you when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the credit.
